Everyone has a different mix of character traits.
During a a meeting, one group is the side that celebrates a decision and the side is looking to calibrate it.
Neither is wrong, simply different. Just because one group is happy with news and the other is wondering how to execute it, they may need those complimentary characteristics to be successful together.
Life will present times when our development and walk needs a character compliment; so we go or are sent where God requires.
Bring your character with you, don't forget to be open to others God may have sent as well.
